By placing an order through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Senioto Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Senioto, operated by Expedition Developers LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our pickup, cleaning, and delivery services (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Service Overview

Senioto connects customers with local laundry professionals and approved partner laundromats (“Service Members”). We offer pickup, cleaning, and delivery of personal laundry. Some Services may be performed by third-party providers, while others may be completed directly by Senioto team members.

We strive to provide same-day delivery whenever possible, but actual turnaround times depend on:

  • Availability of Service Members and laundromats in your area;

  • Load volume and travel time;

  • Operating hours and machine availability at partner locations.

If delays occur, we will notify you promptly by text, email, or phone.

2. Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices listed on our website or marketing materials exclude applicable sales tax.
Sales tax will be added to the final price in compliance with Texas state law.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • $5 – use of Senioto-provided laundry bags (if customer does not provide 15-gallon bags);

  • $10 – same-day folding and ironing service;

  • Additional mileage beyond standard service radius;

  • Special handling requests.

Pricing is subject to change without notice.

3. Payments

Payment must be made at the time of pickup unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit or debit via tap-to-pay;

  • Cash (available for same-day delivery only).

If payment is not received at pickup, the Service Member may cancel the order on site and is not required to accept or handle your laundry.

We do not offer refunds for same-day cash payments once services have begun.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Senioto or its Service Members may refuse or cancel any order at any time, including due to unsafe conditions, unpayment, or capacity limits.

  • Customers may cancel before pickup without penalty.

  • Cancellations after pickup may still incur full service charges if cleaning has already begun.

5. Inventory and Lost Items

Our team may take photos or use digital notes to record your items at pickup. These records help document your order but are not guaranteed to represent every item precisely.

While we take every precaution to handle your belongings carefully, small items (such as socks, delicates, or accessories) may occasionally be misplaced or damaged.

Refunds or reimbursements are only issued if clear evidence shows loss or damage caused directly by our Service Member or approved partner.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or stains;

  • Items left in pockets;

  • Shrinkage, fading, or manufacturer defects;

  • Non-washable or dry-clean-only items mistakenly included.

6. Service Locations and Hours

Operating hours vary based on laundromat and Service Member availability.
Some laundry may be washed or dried at an approved Service Member’s home, enabling round-the-clock pickup and delivery availability.

We currently operate within the State of Texas, focusing on the Austin and surrounding regions.

7. Excluded Services

Senioto does not provide dry cleaning except through a clearly identified third-party partner.
We do not handle:

  • Leather, suede, or specialty garments;

  • Hazardous or soiled materials;

  • Items requiring commercial-grade dry cleaning not arranged in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senioto and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services;

  • Any issues caused by third-party laundromats or cleaners.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the total amount paid for that specific service.

9. Customer Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate pickup and delivery information;

  • Remove valuables and hazardous items from clothing;

  • Ensure safe and accessible pickup/delivery locations;

  • Comply with all local laws and building rules.

10. Privacy and Data Use

We collect and use personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy, available on our website. This may include your name, contact information, and payment details to process your orders and communications.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in Williamson County, Texas courts.
